A typical IPF complete light
kit – lights, covers, wiring
loom, hardware and switch –
are all included for
convenient DIY installation.
In most cases, either a spot
or driving beam can be
selected. The spot beam
provides long, narrow light
penetration whereas the
driving beam gives better
lateral spread. Depending on
your driving conditions, you
can opt for two driving
lights, two spots, or one of
each.

Daylighter®
Our shock mounted
lights began with the famous
KC Daylighter® that we invented and patented in
1972. Not only does the Daylighter® use a heavy-duty
rubber gasket (bulb holder) that isolates the lens,
reflector,
and bulb from the metal housing and elements of weather,
but it also includes our patented shock mounting system.
The KC HiLiTES
shock mounting system was
developed as a way to isolate the lamp unit from the
mounting bracket or surface to which the the light is
mounted.
This system successfully reduces lamp failure due to
vibration and has
been proven through the extremes of off road racing.
Now, the shock mount system has been updated from the
original to require no extra drilling. We currently
offer a wide range
of 6 inch round lights in various finishes and wattages
that include
this proven shock mount system. |

HID - High Intensity Discharge Lighting Systems
KC HiLiTES
has been offering HID lighting systems since 1995 and we
continue to offer the latest HID technology available.
Originally built on the same Metal Halide (gas-filled
tube) lighting concept used to illuminate giant sports
complexes, KC HID lights
turn night into day. KC HID’s produce a light
output more than four times the amount of any other
light source available, and our rugged solid state HID
components will withstand the most severe conditions.
The benefits are tremendous: Whiter light output,
minimal amp draw, higher efficiency and much longer bulb
life. This makes driving at night easier, safer and if
you are racing…much faster! Our ballasts have been
designed to function at voltages ranging from 9V to 19V
for automotive as well as commercial and industrial
applications. 24V systems are also available. |

Halogen Fog and Driving KC SlimLites.
We have expanded very popular SlimLite
series to include Fog and Driving beam
patterns in addition to our Long Range lights.
KC SlimLites feature a unique 6” round
steel housing with a sleek, flat profile that allows
them to fit where many other lights won’t. These lights
incorporate high performance halogen bulbs, optical
quality glass lenses and precision polished reflectors
to generate a super bright and specially focused beam of
light. The two-axis mount provides for easy and accurate
aiming. Also included are super tough ABS plastic

Light
Bars
KC HiLiTES
has developed the perfect new lighting accessory. An
attractive alternative to bulky bumpers and grille
guards, our sleek new front end Lite Bars are made in
the U.S.A. and feature a great looking textured black
powder coated finish.
KC Truck
Light Bars are made from 1-3/4” O.D., .120 wall
steel tubing and come with light tabs for mounting 3 to
4 KC eight inch diameter lights, depending on model. KC
Jeep Light Bars
are constructed using 1-1/2” O.D. (1-3/4” O.D. on the
winch mount bar), .095 wall steel tubing with mounting
tabs for 2, 3 or 5 lights depending on model.
Installation is simple, bolting up to existing factory
holes, so there’s no need for drilling, plus they’re UPS
shippable. KC’s new Lite Bars are available for 4WD (and
some 2WD) Ford, GM, Dodge, Nissan and Toyota trucks, the
H2 and Jeep Wranglers. |
